Cingular Nokia N75: Will the speculation end this month?

US Mobile phone giant ‘Cingular Wireless’ is roping in Nokia N75 to join its array of GSM phones- this is the hottest speculation which is doing rounds among Cingular users. And if consumer reaction is to be believed, then it will recieve a red carpet treatment. Cingular Wireless is the leading mobile phone service provider in the United States, offering a variety of services using many different wireless communication standards. It has got a wide array of GSM phones attached to it. Apple iphones, Sony Ericsson, Siemens, Blackberry, Palm Treo, Nokia, Motorola, LG- you name it, they have it. But the news that has overshadowed all this, is that Nokia N75 is hitting Cingular this month. Though the news is still not confirmed. So, what makes this news the most anticipated one? Definitely, its the power of Nokia Nseries. Nokia N75 would be Cingular’s first 3G Nokia phone. The clamshell model from Nokia has some cool features: — a smartphone that’s just 20.2mm thick. — 2-megapixel camera and a 2.4-inch 320×240 screen. — dedicated music keys on the outside. — Internet browser and e-mail to support viewing e-mail attachments in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF format. — standby time of 200 hours. These features are more than enough to make any gadget freak long for it. And if Cingular is able to hook the fish, then the Cingular users can have a valid reason for their loyalty towards the service provider. And as far as the ability of Cingular (to make this happen) is concerned, I’m sure, the giant who can purchase AT&T Wireless for $41 billion can make anything happen! Source.
